Pasquale's culinary journey began in the heart of Italy, where he honed his skills in traditional kitchens across Napoli, Rome, and Milan. This foundation in authentic Italian flavours led him to relocate internationally to Dubai in 2016 to join the team at Bice Mare. Since moving to the UAE, he has evolved into a powerhouse of the local dining scene, holding leadership positions at prestigious establishments such as Alici and All' Onda at the Kempinski Hotel. Before joining Siena as Chef De Cuisine, he served as the Chef di Cuisine at Bussola at Westin Mina Seyahi.

Driven by a childhood immersed in hospitality, Raffaele developed a global perspective through experiences in leading hotels across the US, Europe, and St. Moritz, including the Kulm Hotel and Kempinski Grand Hotel Des Bains. In Dubai, he excelled in managing restaurants at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa and Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai, earning a Forbes 4-star rating as an F&B departmental trainer. Currently, as Venue Manager at Siena, he leverages his meticulous attention to detail and proven leadership to cultivate high-performing teams.
